Submersible motor pumps equipped with double-action mechanical seals for pumping abrasive and corrosive media with a high ratio of solids. The hydraulic wear parts of the submersible motor pump correspond to the horizontal pumps “HEPU” and “HEPU-S”.
Design
The pump-side mechanical seal is not under pressure through constructional design and can be operated without maintenance. The depressurize leakage is returned through the opening in the pump-motor bracket back into the sump. The motor-side mechanical seal can thereby also be operated disturbance-free.
The submersion motor filled with lubrication oil at the factory must be continually immersed. Motor temperature and leakage can be monitored.
